EMPIRE PIZZA CAFÉ EXECTIVE SUMMARY

Eric Jason Levy, CFP
President

Eric is the co-founder of Empire Pizza Café. Among other things, he was responsible for construction financing and construction budgeting. Before starting Empire Pizza Café, he assisted in the development of La Piazza and Times Square Pizza and was the Chief Operating Officer. Eric coordinated and assisted in the development of the operating procedures of those entities, enabling them to emerge and rapidly advance. He has been in the restaurant industry since 1993 and is highly knowledgeable and versed in almost every aspect of the restaurant business. Eric is a Certified Financial Planner and an investment advisor working primarily with high net worth individuals in the investment division at Morgan Stanley. Eric holds a Master of Business Administration degree with Honors from Nova Southeastern University and completed his undergraduate education at Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance and Management.

Sandy Robert Levy, CPA
Chief Executive Officer

Sandy is the co-founder of Empire Pizza Café; he was responsible for its design, layout and construction. Prior to launching the Company, he was the founder and developer of La Piazza and Times Square Pizza. In addition to his participation in the aforementioned, Sandy is the President/Owner of The Investment Counsel, independent advisor/consultant and professional money manager providing wealth management and financial services for high net worth individuals. Sandy currently holds an active Real Estate Broker's License, an active Mortgage Broker's License, and is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant; he owned and managed a diversified accounting practice in New York and dedicated himself to the profession from 1973 through 1991. His certifications and CPA designations are in both New York State and the State of Florida. He holds a Master of Science degree with Honors and Distinction from Adelphi University and completed his undergraduate education at Adelphi University as well, with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Summa Cum Laude and Valedictorian. Sandy was inducted in Delta Tau Alpha, a Society for Distinguished Academic Achievement.


Sandra Levy
Marketing Director & Event Coordinator

Sandra has been in the restaurant and catering business for more than 10 years. She joined Empire Pizza Café in October 2002 and performs several functions for the Company, including managing, directing and/or overseeing all catered events from the large corporate level to the private individual sector level. Sandra has been actively and directly involved with the development of customer care and service for Empire Pizza Café. Her success and culmination in customer care with the patrons of La Piazza and Times Square Pizza, prior to her coming aboard here, made her a natural invaluable asset to the Company. Before moving to Florida, Sandra founded, developed and operated a very successful fine jewelry and precious stones business in New York. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude and completed her undergraduate education at Queens College receiving Honors in Education. She was inducted in Kappa Delta Pi, an Honor Society in Education. Sandra is a Board Member of the Plantation Chamber of Commerce.

Robin Dana Levy-Castillo, CC
Chief Operating Officer / Certified Culinarian

Robin has been in the restaurant and catering industry since 1994. Her diversified experience and knowledge of restaurants, provides the Company the luxury of having someone capable of completely running and operating the entire front and back of the house, from programming the point of sale system to employment staffing and scheduling and, everything else in between. Robin also served and played an integral part as a catalyst in the development and success of La Piazza and Times Square Pizza. Robin received her degree, a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts, majoring in Hotel & Restaurant Management from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in May 2004. Robin is recognized as a Certified Culinarian (Chef) by the American Culinary Federation and is a member thereof.

Hernan Castillo
Operations Manager

Hernan came aboard at Empire Pizza Café in early 2003. Prior to that time, he was involved in his family's baking business in Venezuela, South America. His expertise derived from the baking business, has provided strength to the "front of the house" operations at Empire Pizza Café. Even though Hernan's main stay at Empire Pizza Café belongs in the "front of the house", there is basically not a position that he cannot and has not filled whenever the restaurant is short-handed. Making certain that everyday restaurant operations run calmly and smoothly, Hernan is a key asset to the business. Having been with Empire Pizza Café since it's inception, Hernan has stepped up the restaurant to pinnacle levels.
